16 Point Spring Service Check
1.) Check operating pressures 2.) Check voltage and amperage to all motors. 3.) Check air temperature drop across evaporator. 4.) Check for proper refrigeration charge. 5.) Look for any signs of leaks. 6.) Lubricate all moving parts. 7.) Check belts, adjust tension if needed. 8.) Check pressure switch cut out settings. 9.) Check all wiring and connections. 10.) Change filters. 11.) Check electrical lock out circuits. 12.) Check starting contractor contacts. 13.) Clean condenser coil, if needed. 14.) Check and adjust thermostat. 15.) Check air temperature across evaporator. 16.) Check that condensate drain is open. |
16 Point Fall Service Check
1.) Check and adjust thermostat. 2.) Check and adjust all safety controls. 3.) Clean burners. 4.) Inspect heat exchanger. 5.) Clean and adjust pilot assembly. 6.) Adjust burner for efficiency. 7.) Lubricate all moving parts. 8.) Check for gas leaks in furnace. 9.) Change filters. 10.) Turn exposed dampers to heating, if marked. 11.) Check flue pipe. 12.) Adjust pressure regulator. 13.) Clean drains, if needed. 14.) Check crankcase heater, (if applicable) 15.) Check thermocouple. 16.) Check for loose wires. |
